Lauren Murphy, Client Services Specialist, has been with American Risk Services since 2010 strengthening client relationships within the EWT, GAP and CPI programs. She works directly with the underwriters of the company to ensure that clients' needs are met.
Prior to joining American Risk Services, Lauren worked for 9 years at Great American Insurance Company. She spent 5 years in Client Services, servicing both EWT and CPI clients. She also has a background in Claims, in which she handled first party auto claims and third party auto liability claims.
Lauren received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Cincinnati.
