Tom Letzler has spent over 8 years as the IT Director for American Risk Services overseeing the IT infrastructure and environment. He works directly with clients and underwriters to develop custom integrations that enable secure, accurate, and efficient business process execution.
Prior to this he has spent 15 years as IT leader in industries including education, finance, telecommunications, insurance, and payment processing by leading and participating in many complex technical projects across small to large organizations. Tom possesses a vast understanding of software/hardware architecture, development, project management, and strategic planning. He is experienced across all phases of software development and maintenance, focused on Microsoft technologies.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
